Job summary

Prudential plc in Hong Kong seeks an actuarial professional to support HKRBC Pillar 1 and GWS reporting, and to assist with HKIA Pillar 3 regulatory returns.

You will produce and analyse asset-related management information, including Matching Adjustment, and collaborate with regulators, Group Office, auditors and investment teams. A numerical degree with SOA credentials and 4+ years' experience is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in a numerical subject.
• Associate or Fellowship of the Society of Actuaries or other equivalent actuarial bodies.
• Minimum of 4 years relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the production and analysis of HKRBC Pillar 1 and GWS reporting, including ongoing enhancement of reporting and control processes.
• Support the production and submission of HKIA Pillar 3 regulatory returns and related controls.
• Produce and analyse asset-related management information, including Matching Adjustment and invested asset positions, and support the enhancement of asset shock methodologies and tools.
• Work closely with regulators, Group Office, auditors, Investment teams and external fund managers.
• Support the development of junior colleagues within the team and contribute to knowledge sharing across the function.
