Job summary

ASMPT in Hong Kong is seeking a Digital Design Engineer to design and support digital hardware platforms for semiconductor packaging machines, and to develop robust digital interfaces for subsystems.

You will work with FPGAs and microcontrollers, conducting hardware verification and debugging to ensure reliable system integration. Fresh graduates are welcome, and experienced engineers may be considered for senior roles.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of digital circuit design and FPGA development (Verilog, VHDL, C).
• Experience with FPGA devices such as Xilinx, Intel (Altera), Lattice, Pango, or Microchip is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for the Senior Digital Design Engineer position.
