Job summary

BNB Chain is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and run scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure. You will manage Kubernetes in production, automate with Terraform, and enhance CI/CD pipelines for robust deployments.

You will work with Golang and Python to automate tasks, improve observability with Prometheus/OpenTelemetry, and ensure security and disaster recovery across the platform. Remote collaborations occur with engineering teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps/Platform/SRE roles.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Hands-on Kubernetes production operations experience.
• Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Strong scripting with Golang or Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Operate and optimize Kubernetes clusters in production.
• Manage cluster autoscaling and node lifecycle with Karpenter.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
• Operate middleware like Kafka, Redis, and NGINX.
• Automate tasks using Golang and Python.
• Improve observability with Prometheus and OpenTelemetry.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and disaster recovery.
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with software engineers to improve deployment processes.
