Job summary

CGS International Holdings Limited seeks a senior professional to conduct stress testing and risk assessments in collaboration with Risk Management and Compliance, with emphasis on derivatives regulations and markets.

The role requires extensive experience in trading financial derivatives, OTC derivatives, and structured products, along with strong ethics, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• At least 5 years of trading experience in financial derivatives, yield certificates, or structured products.
• Proven track record in OTC derivatives or structured yield certificate businesses at securities firms or futures risk management subsidiaries.
• High ethical standards, excellent communication skills, execution and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic stress testing and risk assessments in coordination with Risk Management and Compliance.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in domestic and international financial markets, with particular focus on derivatives market regulations.
• Participate in structuring and executing onshore and offshore derivatives transactions.
• Drive innovation and support the rollout of new OTC derivatives business models; expand and diversify the firm's OTC derivatives business offerings.
