Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of software development and data engineering in capital markets or fintech.
• Strong Java and Python skills with data modelling experience.
• Experience with enterprise databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable ETL workflows for real-time and batch data processing using Java and Python.
• Standardize, validate, and cleanse data from multiple systems and automate data quality monitoring.
• Manage data transfers and schema evolution across relational, NoSQL, and object-oriented databases.
• Develop and maintain data models and documentation for transactional and analytical platforms.
• Deliver cloud-based data solutions and ingestion of distributed ledger data in secure environments.
• Lead collaboration forums, gather stakeholder requirements, and translate needs into data structures.
