Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or related roles.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in data analysis, computer science, finance, or related fields.
• Certifications in data, analytics, or technology domains are an advantage.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, data modelling, and data governance principles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data logic and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Python, or similar tools.
• Understanding of financial, risk, or portfolio reporting is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience working across business and technology teams in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into data definitions, KPI logic, and technical specifications for implementation by data engineering teams.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to clarify data needs and ensure accurate representation in data models.
• Define and document business data logic with traceability between requirements, transformations, and reporting outputs.
• Coordinate with core departments to align on KPI definitions and data usage.
• Resolve cross-functional data inconsistencies across financial, risk, operational, and portfolio domains.
• Lead data governance initiatives, including documentation and traceability.
• Support data model design, data pipelines, and system integration with data engineering teams.
• Lead UAT activities and data validation across system changes and releases.
• Support data transitions and ensure continuity across upgrades and enhancements.
