Job summary

AIA Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Corporate Communications leader to drive internal and external communications aligned with business priorities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to maximize impact for customers and communities.

You will develop press materials, manage media relations, and monitor regulatory changes while ensuring timely, accurate messaging across channels. A high level of English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• University degree holder in journalism, communications, PR & marketing.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in corporate communications and/or public and media relations.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; able to communicate with all levels including senior management.
• Licensed if the job involves regulated activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal and external corporate communications strategies.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external agencies to ensure effective communications.
• Develop communications materials such as press releases, interview briefings, Q&A, and social media content.
• Assist supervisor in handling media enquiries, crisis and issues.
• Monitor industry development, market trends and regulatory changes to identify external communication opportunities.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks.
