Capgemini Invent SEA seeks a Senior Consultant to structure ambiguous problems, build roadmaps, and partner with client teams on multi‑year transformations. You will translate business goals into technology strategies and governance models while engaging senior client leadership early in engagements.

You will join lean, high‑performing teams and contribute to IT cost, value management, and AI strategy initiatives in regulated environments. Flexible working is supported.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, IT strategy, or a corporate transformation office.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking for executive audiences.
• Credibility in client-facing settings, able to lead workshops and steering committees.
• Degree in business, technology, or related field with curiosity for technology.
• Experience in financial services is advantageous.
