Job summary

Acclime in Hong Kong seeks a risk and compliance consultant to participate in engagements covering corporate governance, internal audit, internal control reviews, IT audits, and fraud investigations for multinational clients. You will gain a solid understanding of client operations, processes, controls, and IT infrastructure, and you will identify improvement opportunities as part of risk assessments.

The role requires documentation and reporting of high quality according to work plans, with

Qualifications

Degree in Corporate Governance, Accounting, Finance, Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or Information System.
Experience in external audit, internal audit or risk advisory from professional services firms.
Strong command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Logical thinker with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to travel.
Experience leads to Senior Consultant consideration.

Responsibilities

Participate in risk and compliance engagements such as corporate governance, internal audit, internal control review, IT audit, fraud investigation and listing rules / SFO / SOX compliance review for MNC and listed clients in Hong Kong, Singapore, the U.S., etc.
Obtain a good understanding of business operations, processes, controls and IT infrastructure.
Identify areas of improvement as part of the risk assessment and internal control review and provide input to management on suggestions to clients.
Commit to preparing high-quality documentation and reports according to the work plan.
