Tokalent is seeking a Compliance Manager / Senior Manager (Trade Surveillance) for a Virtual Asset Trading Platform in Hong Kong. The role focuses on investigating alerts, handling referrals, and leading surveillance projects to strengthen compliance systems.

You will liaise with regulators, external vendors, and internal teams; fluently using English and Mandarin. Prior crypto experience is not required, and Cantonese is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in compliance and trade surveillance
• Strong knowledge of market surveillance tools (Nasdaq SmartsBroker, Solidus Labs, Eventus)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Aufgaben

• Perform trade surveillance and investigate alerts from systems
• Investigate referrals of suspicious trading behavior
• Lead market surveillance projects and system enhancements
• Liaise with system users, regulators, vendors and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities on inquiries from a trade surveillance perspective
• Support AML/CFT governance by developing policies and collaborating with tech teams
