Job summary

HKSH Medical Group Limited is seeking an experienced IT Application Development professional to design, develop, and maintain cloud-native web and mobile applications with AI capabilities. You will define architectures, lead teams, and ensure security and disaster recovery while providing 24/7 on-call support for critical services.

The role requires deep cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, APIs, and strong English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT Application Development and QA experience.
Strong hands-on experience with cloud-native development (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and API integration.
Experience with AI technologies/LLMs and automation tools in business apps.
Fluent in English and Chinese, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Design, code, and test cloud-native web and mobile apps with modern frameworks and AI capabilities.
Monitor cloud infra, app performance, and service health for continuous availability and scalability.
Implement security, access controls, and disaster recovery for cloud services and data integrity.
Define technical specs and architectures; guide development, AI integration, code reviews, and debugging.
Provide high-level technical support and 24/7 on-call escalation to maintain app availability.
Lead, mentor, and upskill team on cloud tech, mobile/web standards, and AI tools.
