Job summary

EPAM Systems in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (Banking) to win new enterprise banking clients and grow whitespace in underpenetrated accounts, leveraging sector insight and end-to-end sales cycles. You will position EPAM across digital transformation, customer experience, data-driven change, and collaborate with delivery teams to craft proposals that address sector needs.

• Proven experience in IT services sales or business development within Financial Services (Banking).
• Track record of winning new logos and expanding whitespace in enterprise accounts.
• Strong knowledge of banking market dynamics, buying behaviors and transformation priorities.
• Ability to sell complex, multi-service or consulting-led engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to build pipeline, manage forecasting and drive deals to closure.
• Established network with banking decision-makers and influencers in the region.
• Confidence engaging executive stakeholders and navigating complex organizations.
• Clear communication, strong negotiation skills and commercial judgment.
