Job summary

Café de Coral Group Limited in Hong Kong invites a Senior Business Analyst (Oracle) to support, customize and integrate Oracle ERP, working with IT and business units across functions.

You will drive solutions through stakeholder discussions, perform fit-gap analyses, feasibility studies, and design data integration and reporting. The role requires minimum 5 years in ERP projects, strong English and Chinese communication, and a proactive, independent mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle ERP implementation, customization and integration.
• Minimum 5 years in system implementation, production support and incident management.
• Familiar with Finance and/or SCM; manufacturing module is essential.
• Strong SQL and reporting tool skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle Oracle ERP system support, customization and integration.

Senior Business Analyst (Oracle)

Job Description

Be able to handle Oracle ERP system support, customization and integration

Handle change requests, BAU and user training

Be able to drive business solution through discussion with business stakeholders and cross-teams

Conduct user fit-gap analysis, feasibility study, system design and configuration, data integration and reporting and documentation

Participate in project management tasks, work closely with stakeholders and manage vendor on daily support

Conduct operation review on system operation and suggest improvement.

Closely work with IT teams and business units users on any solution testing and data preparation in solution implementation projects

Requirement

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or any related disciplines

Experience in managing/ develop Oracle ERP and system integration technologies

Minimum 5 years of experience in system implementation, production support and incident management

Familiar with Finance and/or Supply Chain Management (SCM), Manufacturing module is essential.

Solid in using in any of the SQL, PL/SQL, MS SQL

Solid in any reporting tools like Oracle Reports, Jasper Report, Discoverer

Good team player, self-motivated, able to work independently and good at problem solving

Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
