Job summary

PARKnSHOP (HK) Limited is seeking a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst to analyze category performance and derive insights that identify business opportunities. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience with MS Office and data-mining tools.

The successful candidate will track promotion effectiveness, contribute to future business development, and produce management dashboards and ad-hoc reports.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Business & Statistics or related discipline.
• At least 4 years' working experience, preferably in FMCG or retail industry.
• Knowledge in planogramming tools is an advantage.
• Attention to details with good analytical and communication skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and statistical/data-mining tools.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Analyze category performance to identify business opportunities and insights.
• Track and evaluate promotion campaigns to improve effectiveness and identify future opportunities.
• Drive strategy by tracking and measuring campaign success.
• Prepare dashboards and ad-hoc reports for management.
