Job summary

Hip Hing Construction Company Limited seeks an experienced professional to monitor, advise, and implement Quality Plans in architectural aspects on site. The role coordinates with architects, engineers and consultants to finalise construction details and to align shop drawings and method statements with project requirements.

You will prepare master programmes or short-term schedules, monitor site progress with the Site Agent, and coordinate with clients for inspections and as-built submissions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Studies / Building Management or equivalent.
• 8 years relevant working experience in Building Construction Industry.
• Chartered membership of HKIE (Building) / CIOB / HKICM is preferable.
• Familiar with statutory / license requirements, e.g. BFA, CoP Fire Safety in Buildings.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiar with MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, advise, and implements Quality Plans in architectural aspects.
• Implement documents and drawings control.
• Coordinate and preparation of master programme or short term working schedule.
• Coordinate with the Architect, Engineers and Consultants for construction details.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors for preparation of shop drawings and method statements.
• Coordinate, identify and resolve potential architectural design issues and interfacing details with different trades.
• Monitor site progress and coordinate with Site Agent for work sequences and material on site.
• Preparation of progress report and submission schedules.
• Familiar with statutory / license requirements, e.g. BFA, CoP Fire Safety in Buildings.
• Coordinate and meeting with client, architect, consultants for final inspection and as-built drawing submission.
