Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a Communications Manager for the APAC region based in Hong Kong. You will shape brand perception through end-to-end communications, from concept to evaluation, driving awareness and engagement across corporate and product messages.

You will lead the APAC communications plan, coordinate with HQ and cross-functional teams, and manage media relations, events, and brand campaigns to ensure consistent global brand presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in communications operations.
• Senior-level experience in luxury branding, PR, media relations and events.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English; Italian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages the APAC communications plan and budget.
• Oversees on-site communications at facilities, events and shipyard image.
• Represents the Brand at events and networking opportunities.
• Conceives, plans and executes ATL/BTL communications strategies.
• Leads brand advertising campaigns and updates brand identity manuals.
• Contributes to online campaigns and social media strategies.
• Manages media relations and relationships with trade/general press.
• Plans Brand events and product launches with the Brand Events Manager.
• Oversees Group events/trade shows and aligns with brand guidelines.
• Leads Brand partnerships and co-branding with Event Supervisor.
• Monitors appropriate Brand usage in communications.
