Job summary

ADECCO seeks a Senior Development Associate for a Digital Asset Platform handling debt securities on blockchains. You will contribute to building, testing, and deploying the platform in a regulated financial environment, applying blockchain protocols, security best practices, and cloud deployment.

The role offers hands-on involvement in smart contract review, dApp maintenance, and ongoing platform improvements, leveraging Solidity, Java, or Go in an agile setting.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on blockchain development experience.
• Experience in a large financial institution preferred.
• Knowledge of blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, ERC-20, DeFi.
• Strong cryptography, security practices, and smart contract security.
• Experience deploying on public or private cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Solidity, Java, or Go.
• Experience with Git and agile development.
• Familiarity with SWIFT Custody Services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy the Digital Asset Platform for debt securities on blockchains.
• Audit and optimize smart contracts for security and gas efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews, security assessments, troubleshooting.
• Maintain dApps and backend services supporting platform operations.
• Provide operational support including incident handling and disaster recovery drills.
• Stay current with blockchain trends and emerging technologies.
