Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in green building and sustainability design consultancy.
• BEAM Pro qualification (BP-NBv2.0 minimum).
• Strong knowledge of building design software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BEAM Committees and Assessors to collect information and compile comments and reports.
• Ensure BEAM Plus assessment technicality and quality, including IEQ, energy and renewables.
• Verify deliverables follow BEAM manuals and FAQs for accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor progress to meet timelines and provide technical support to panels.
