Job summary

IO TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED is seeking a Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable backend services that power our digital products. You will apply lean and agile principles to delivery and continuously improve platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide.

You will expert in Java 17+, Spring Boot/Spring Cloud, and cloud and containerized environments. You’ll own testing through TDD and contribute to architecture discussions and design reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building microservices and REST-based systems.
• Experience in product-oriented, lean and Agile delivery.
• Proficiency in Java 17+ and Spring ecosystem.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable backend systems.
• Develop microservices and backend APIs to support new features.
• Ensure production reliability and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate in Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Maintain strong test coverage with unit and integration tests.
• Participate in architecture discussions and design sessions.
