Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience focusing on back-end development.
• Proficient in Node.js with hands-on development experience (Golang familiarity a plus).
• Experience with MQ/Kafka, microservices, and large-scale data processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop server-side logic and APIs for web/mobile applications; provide coaching, guidance, and support.
• Work with front-end developers and UX designers to design, develop and deploy high-quality software solutions.
• Design and implement system architecture with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
• Develop it yourself, ensuring code quality and best practices are followed.
• Work with product managers to align development methodologies based on waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet internal requirements and industry standards.
