Fynder Talent is seeking a backend-focused engineer to join a fintech-scale platform. You will own core services end-to-end, from design to production, with emphasis on reliability and performance.

You will work in a lean, product-led team, mentor peers, and drive architectural decisions. Strong Python and AWS fundamentals are required, with a track record of shipping scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience and ownership of a service or system end to end.
• Strong Python (or production-ready equivalent) experience.
• Solid AWS and distributed-systems fundamentals for scalable design.
• Experience making architectural decisions that teams adopted.
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and own backend services — ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Make architectural decisions in your domain and drive technical direction for your squad.
• Ship to production continuously — review PRs promptly and value velocity over process.
• Mentor mid-level engineers, participate in design reviews, and push back on suboptimal technical calls with alternatives.
• Own your services in production, including on-call for your area.
