Eternity Consultants (HK) Limited is seeking an experienced audit professional in Hong Kong to lead audit engagements across various industries. The role requires supervising staff, managing deadlines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables under HKFRS/USGAAP/IFRS standards.

Candidates should hold a CPA and possess strong English and Chinese communication skills, with Mandarin a plus. The position offers opportunities for advancement to Senior Manager and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant audit experience gained from an audit firm.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in audit of listed and private companies; knowledge of IPOs and Listing Rules is an advantage.
• Excellent technical and project management skills.
• Self-motivating and able to work under pressure.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency.
• Certified Public Accountant qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out audit, audit-related and other assurance services for diverse clients under HKFRS/USGAAP/IFRS/SME-FRS.
• Manage all aspects of engagements including planning, staffing, execution and milestone monitoring.
• Manage client relationships timely and effectively.
• Establish and maintain internal relationships across service lines.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Provide coaching and support to team members.
• Report to senior manager/partner.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Manager position.
