Job summary

Kenswick CPA Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Manager (Audit and Assurance) to lead engagements for listed and private clients, ensuring high quality service and timely delivery. You will supervise planning, staffing and execution, manage client relationships across service lines, and coach junior staff while upholding the firm’s professional standards.

CPA qualification and 7+ years' audit experience are required; Mandarin proficiency is a plus. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant audit experience from an audit firm.
• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• CPA qualification is required.
• Experience with listed and private company audits and IPOs is a plus.
• Strong English and Chinese language skills; Mandarin preferred.
• Proactive leadership and client service mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out audit, audit-related and other assurance services.
• Manage all aspects of engagements including planning, staffing, execution and progress.
• Maintain client relationships and cross-service line collaboration.
• Mentor and coach team members and report to partner.
• Support thought leadership and knowledge sharing.
• Travel as needed.
