Job summary

CEB International Investment Corporation Limited (CEBI) is seeking a qualified professional to design and maintain asset management product structures for Hong Kong and international offerings, including segregated accounts, open-ended funds, and Cayman structures. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience.
• Experience setting up and maintaining structures including HK segregated managed accounts, open-ended funds, limited partnerships, Cayman umbrella funds and Cayman limited partnerships.
• SFC Type 1, Type 4 and Type 9 licenses are highly preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Design product structures for asset management offerings, including Hong Kong segregated managed accounts, open-ended fund structures, limited partnerships, Cayman umbrella fund structures, and Cayman limited partnerships.
• Work closely with the project management team to maintain product structures and execute day-to-day operational routines.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and gather market intelligence on investment products. Proactively formulate targeted recommendations to the firm on product strategy and market positioning.
