Job summary

CEB International Investment Corporation Limited in Wan Chai District, Hong Kong, seeks a VP to Director level asset management professional to lead as SFC Type 9 Responsible Officer, with product structuring and fundraising capabilities.

The role focuses on supervising regulated activities, designing private and fund structures, coordinating with legal/compliance, and tracking regulatory developments to position private funds and SMA wrappers for cross-border investors.

Qualifications

• Must be appointed as SFC Type 9 Responsible Officer.
• Strong RO path to Type1/4 RO preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 6 years in asset management, fund structuring, or related licensed role.
• Excellent Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).
• Experience with HK SMA, open-ended funds, LPs, Cayman structures is a plus.
• Familiar with cross-border channels (QFI, QDII, QDIE, QFLP) related to product wrappers.

Responsibilities

• Act as Responsible Officer for regulated activities and liaison with SFC.
• Design and maintain private/professional-investor AM product structures.
• Work with project management, legal, compliance and operations on launches.
• Track market and regulatory developments and suggest product changes.
• Support fundraising on a limited basis.
