Job summary

APJ Software (Hong Kong) Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Mobile Software Engineer to develop native Android apps using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. You will implement features, optimize UI/UX, and ensure app stability in an Agile Scrum team.

Work with MVVM or MVP architectures, unit testing frameworks, and RESTful API integration; collaborate with backend services and participate in code reviews and automated tests.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in native mobile application development.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in MVVM/MVP architecture patterns and RESTful API integration.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and push notification handling.
• Strong English communication skills and Agile/Scrum experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement new features and optimise UI/UX to improve user experience.
• Maintain application stability and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate within an Agile Scrum team and participate in code reviews.
• Develop and maintain automated unit and integration tests.
• Work with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and MVVM/MVP architectures.
• Integrate mobile apps with backend services via RESTful APIs.
