Job summary

Schonfeld is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join the AI Technology team in Hong Kong. You will contribute code, automation workflows, observability, metrics, and user support in a fast-paced environment where product requirements evolve rapidly.

You’ll define SLOs, own the observability stack, and ensure high availability of agents, gateways, LLM proxies, and RAG pipelines while collaborating with stakeholders to improve the platform and tooling for developers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional cloud automation or site reliability experience.
• Experience creating Python applications and REST APIs.
• Experience with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, Elastic Search).

Responsibilities

• Set reliability standards by defining SLOs, error budgets, and incident runbooks.
• Own observability, incident response, reliability, and scalability of the AI platform.
• Ensure agents, gateways, LLM proxies, and RAG pipelines are highly available and efficient.
• Support users via a dedicated help channel, investigate root causes and communicate updates.
• Improve code quality and development lifecycles to help developers build on the platform.
