Job summary

Qube Research & Technologies (QRT) in Hong Kong seeks an experienced AI Engineer to accelerate AI adoption across its HFT platform. You will build AI-powered tools, agents, and workflows that drive productivity in research, development, and trading operations.

You will evaluate new models and tooling, design integrations with internal systems and APIs, and partner with researchers and engineers to identify high-value use cases. A strong software background and hands-on delivery are essential.

Qualifications

Strong software engineering experience in Python.
Experience building and operating production AI-enabled systems.
Experience with AI platforms, LLMs and tooling.
Ability to drive projects end-to-end from conception to production.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain AI-powered applications, assistants, and agentic workflows.
Develop integrations between AI systems and internal tools, repositories, databases, and knowledge sources.
Design and implement AI agents capable of interacting with enterprise systems and APIs.
Evaluate new models, frameworks, and AI tooling.
Partner with researchers, engineers, and business teams to identify high-value use cases.
