Job summary

A.S. Watson Group in Hong Kong seeks an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models focusing on LLMs and related technologies.

You will drive research and experimentation to improve performance, perform data cleansing and feature engineering, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. Proven Python and ML framework proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Academic background in quantitative disciplines (Statistics/ Mathematics / Data Science).
• Work experience related to Neural Networks, Statistical modelling, prompt engineering and other machine learning approaches.
• Solid experiences on features engineering.
• Proficient in Python language and at least one framework such as Tensorflow, Pytorch, NumPy, Pandas and Scikit-learn.
• Familiar with Convolutional Neural Networks, Graph Neural Networks and related models.
• Familiar with Natural Language Processing and Image Processing.
• Self-motivated with growth mindset, and a strong team player with proven agility.
