Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct freezing surveys and maintain relevant records.
• Implement project engagement programs with affected owners/tenants.
• Carry out site inspections and area measurements of properties.
• Collect data and assess eligibility for compensation, allowances and rehousing.
• Negotiate settlements with affected owners/tenants.
• Manage tenancy, rental administration and property management tasks.
