Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Accounting is required.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with full set of accounts.
• Proficiency in MYOB and MS Office.
• Strong English and Cantonese communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounts operations and transactions including G/L, A/R, A/P, Inventory/Assets, month-end closing and reconciliation.
• Prepare financial statements and analysis.
• Perform daily accounting routines such as handling invoices, payments, receipts and posting, MPF and payroll.
• Liaise with banks and external auditors in financial reporting.
• Manage inventory accounting and generate inventory reports.
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects.
