Job summary

Charterhouse Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our client’s team. You will own regular financial and management reporting, prepare variance analyses, and support cash flow forecasting to guide decision-making.

The role involves planning, budgeting, forecasting, and coordinating month-end closing, audits, and treasury matters. Fluency in English and Chinese is required, along with CPA qualification.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance/ Accounting from related discipline.
• 4–5 years of a mix of external audit/BIG 4 and in-house commercial exposure.
• Self-starter with the ability to work in matrix reporting structure.
• Attention to detail with strong MS Office (Excel).
• CPA qualified/Finalist is required.
• Complete fluency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Own regular financial and management reporting, including management reporting packs and performance updates.
• Prepare management reports with variance analysis and support cash flow forecasting to provide clear insights for decision-making.
• Drive planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including value-added analysis.
• Review and verify transactions detail and related reports, ensuring data accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with procedures.
• Support month-end closing, annual audit/tax filing, and treasury matters while ensuring internal controls and policies are properly followed and completing ad-hoc assignments as required.
