Job summary

Heaven Gifts International is seeking an Accountant / Senior Accountant to join our finance team, taking ownership of accounting and reporting for overseas entities. You will manage the full close cycle, review expense claims, and act as the key liaison with external auditors to ensure timely reports.

This role offers cross-border exposure and a real opportunity to improve processes, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent English as a working language.
• Degree in Accounting, Business or related discipline is required.
• CPA / ACCA or equivalent (or significant progress) preferred.
• 2-3 years' experience in a Big Four / top domestic audit firm or in-house finance team; in-house audit coordination experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Excel and SAP preferred.
• Exposure to finance policies, process improvement, expense review, month-end closing and audit coordination an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review daily expense claims for overseas entities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Own month-end and year-end closing for overseas entities and deliver timely financial reports.
• Act as key contact for external auditors - prepare audit materials, track issues, and drive audits through to report issuance.
• Support finance policy review and process optimisation to improve efficiency.
