Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Limited in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned accounting professional to manage group accounting, forecasting, and financial analysis across multiple entities. You will support consolidation, budgeting, and data gathering for timely, accurate reports to management.

The role requires 5–8 years in multinational environments, HKICPA membership, and strong Excel/ERP skills. Cantonese and English fluency is essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Member of HKICPA.
• 5-8 years of relevant accounting, FP&A in a multinational environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage group accounting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Support group accounting activities, including preparation and review of financial data from assigned entities.
• Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Assist consolidation of financial results across multiple entities.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data, updating templates, and tracking variances.
• Perform basic financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend identification.
• Assist in preparation of reports and presentations for management review.
• Support external and internal audit processes through data preparation and documentation.
• Coordinate with overseas subsidiaries to collect financial data and ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
• Support CAPEX tracking and reporting against budget.
• Identify areas for process improvement and support implementation of standardised finance practices.
• Ensure data integrity within ERP systems and support system-related finance activities.
