The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a(n) Account Manager/Senior Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Implementing sales strategy for our medical solutions to assigned territories/hospitals/clinics with sales targets.
  • Supporting sales and marketing events including demonstrations, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, or customer training.
  • Creating new business opportunities and gathering updated market insights for the team.
  • Providing professional service to assigned customers/hospitals.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science or a recognized professional qualification in Healthcare or related subjects.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in the Hong Kong Healthcare market.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further include:

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Excellent computer literacy, interpersonal, and presentation skills with group presentation ability.
  • Team player with high integrity and responsibility.
  • Self-starter with a career-minded attitude, self-initiative, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Outgoing, hardworking, positive, and aggressive working attitude.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.

Work location:

  • Kowloon Bay
