Job summary

The GMP Group in Hong Kong is seeking a production operator to help meet daily targets while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will follow production specifications, assist in material preparation, perform MES updates, and maintain accurate records in a cleanroom environment. We welcome applicants with Nitec qualifications; 12-hour rotating day/night shifts; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• ITE graduates (Nitec or Higher Nitec qualifications).
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment and wear appropriate PPE.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including day and night shifts.
• Welcome without experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards and compliance with procedures.
• Follow production specifications, work instructions, and cleanroom protocols.
• Perform material preparation and support production activities.
• Provide first-line assistance during machine stoppages and minor operational issues.
• Carry out MES (Manufacturing Execution System) transactions such as Split/Merge Lot, Hold/Release Lot, and other system updates.
• Conduct document checks and maintain accurate production records.
• Assist in preparing production reports, including output, WIP (Work-In-Progress), and attendance reports.
• Maintain good housekeeping and line discipline in the production area.
• Adhere to safety regulations and quality requirements at all times.
