Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of response for security incidents and contribute to root cause analysis and preventive measures.
• Perform hands-on security hardening and remediation across cloud environments, endpoints, servers, networks, and other infrastructure.
• Conduct security monitoring, threat and vulnerability management.
• Support security assessments, audits and business continuity activities.
• Assist the Head of IT in information security risk management, policy and procedure development, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Support security awareness initiatives and contribute to improving the overall security posture of the firm.

Responsibilities:

Act as the first line of response for security incidents and contribute to root cause analysis and preventive measures.

Perform hands-on security hardening and remediation across cloud environments, endpoints, servers, networks, and other infrastructure.

Conduct security monitoring, threat and vulnerability management.

Support security assessments, audits and business continuity activities.

Assist the Head of IT in information security risk management, policy and procedure development, and regulatory compliance activities.

Support security awareness initiatives and contribute to improving the overall security posture of the firm.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.

Hands-on experience in security hardening, vulnerability remediation, endpoint security, network security or cloud security.

Holder of a security certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CySA+, Microsoft security certifications, or CISSP) is a strong advantage.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and demonstrate a steep learning curve.

Good communication skills and a collaborative team player.
