Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience with cybersecurity focus.
• Proven track record managing complex IT projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated team player with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Putonghua).

• Lead Security Deployments: Drive end-to-end engineering projects across Client's security portfol io, focusing on Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), database protection, and application whitelisting.
• Architecture & Governance Frameworks: Build and maintain frameworks to monitor, engineer, deploy, and govern the firm's IT security toolset.
• Cross-Functional Initiatives: Partner with business units and IT teams to evaluate and roll out emerging security initiatives.
• Broad Security Support: Provide hands-on domain support across Web Gateways, Proxies, and emerging AI Security technologies.
• Stakeholder Management: Establish strong, collaborative relationships with key business and technical partners.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure all deployments align with internal policies, regulatory standards, and mandatory training protocols.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of IT project management experience, with proven depth in cybersecurity domains.
• Project & Stakeholder Mastery: Demonstrated track record managing complex IT projects while aligning diverse technical and business stakeholders.
• Professional Attributes: Self-motivated team player with strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities; detail-oriented and outcome-driven.
