Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years’ experience in SBL, Repo, or securities financing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience automating operational processes and reporting.
• Ability to work with middle office, operations and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist to setup securities borrowing and lending desk.
• Stock Loan Execution: handle SBL transactions lifecycle.
• Manage collateral haircuts, and monitor margin requirements.
• Securities inventory and position monitoring.
• Support P&L reporting and management information requirements.
• Simplify and automate manual workflows.
