Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is looking for a skilled candidate to monitor trade verification and handle operation support for various treasury products. Applicants should have a degree in a related field and at least 5 years of relevant banking experience.

Knowledge of treasury products, regulatory requirements, and good PC skills are essential. The role requires proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua, with ECF achievement as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in the banking industry.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
• ECF achievement is a definite advantage.

• Monitor trade verification and operation support of various treasury products.
• Review collateral management and prepare relevant reports.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Monitor the trade verification and operation support of various treasury products
• Review the collateral management by preparing relevant reports, monitoring the status of margin calls and preparing collateral movement for certain products
• Review transaction reporting according to regulatory requirement
• Participate in systems development and testing when needed
• Handle inquiries from front desk, counterparties and clients
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties and projects

Requirements

• Degree holder in related discipline or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in banking industry
• Sound knowledge of treasury products(e.g. FX, MM, BOND, IRS); knowledge of OTC derivatives is preferred
• Sound knowledge in SWIFT, RTGS and Good PC skills including MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, independent and proactive
• ECF achievement is the definite advantage
