Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced AML Advisor to lead a team in providing AML advisory to business stakeholders. The role requires at least 10 years of relevant experience in the Banking and Finance industry and proficiency in English and Chinese. Responsibilities include advising management on AML/CFT issues and designing mechanisms for compliance tracking. An attractive remuneration package is offered to suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree holder in preferably Law, Business or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant FCC/AML experience in Banking and Finance Industry.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Lead a team to provide AML advisory to business stakeholders in daily operations (e.g. AML Risk Assessment or Sanction etc.)
• Advise senior management and relevant business units on AML/CFT issues
• Design the effective mechanism to track the progress of business and support units in complying with FCC/AML regulatory requirements
• Ensure AML risk is mitigated through the quality control and risk analysis
• Bachelor degree holder in preferably Law, Business or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
• Minimum 10 years of relevant FCC/AML experience in Banking and Finance Industry
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• ECF achievement is the definite advantage

The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
