Talent Pro Recruitment is partnering with a top-tier financial institution to hire a hands-on AI engineer. You will tackle LLM/RAG, context engineering, AI agents/workflows, and enterprise integration using Python and NodeJS. You will productionize AI capabilities across complex data landscapes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering to move analytical prototypes to production, design scalable prediction algorithms, and deliver actionable business insights through advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling.
• Deep understanding of predictive modeling, ML, clustering and classification techniques, and algorithms.
• Fluency in programming languages (Python, C, C++, Java, SQL).
• Familiarity with Big Data frameworks and visualization tools (Cassandra, Hadoop, Spark, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Hands-on AI engineering experience with LLM/RAG, context engineering, AI agents/workflows, Python, NodeJS, and enterprise AI integration.
