The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering to move analytical prototypes to production, design scalable prediction algorithms, and deliver actionable business insights through advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling.
• Deep understanding of predictive modeling, ML, clustering and classification techniques, and algorithms.
• Fluency in programming languages (Python, C, C++, Java, SQL).
• Familiarity with Big Data frameworks and visualization tools (Cassandra, Hadoop, Spark, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Hands-on AI engineering experience with LLM/RAG, context engineering, AI agents/workflows, Python, NodeJS, and enterprise AI integration.
• Experience with modern AI platform technologies and productionizing AI solutions preferred.
• Analyze raw data for quality, cleansing, and structuring for downstream processing.
• Design accurate and scalable prediction algorithms.
• Collaborate with engineering to bring analytical prototypes to production.
• Generate actionable insights for business improvements.
