Job summary

The SAP Specialist at De'Longhi Group will lead day-to-day support and continuous improvement of SAP FI/CO across APAC, liaising with Global HQ to ensure SLA-aligned regional services.

You will be the primary technical authority for SAP Finance and Controlling, deploying SAP best practices, supporting ongoing project implementations, and documenting processes for the FI/CO modules.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO configuration and financial accounting processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Finance Accounting and Controlling including GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets and Cost Centre Accounting.
• Proven hands-on SAP S/4HANA technical and project management experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple regional priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Business travel is required.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support on SAP S/4HANA financial accounting processes to meet SLA and troubleshoot FI/CO issues.
• Analyse business requirements, provide training and lead workshops with finance key users, translate requirements into configurations.
• Collaborate with HQ to implement financial optimization projects in the regions.
• Document system processes and configurations, prepare SOPs and user manuals for FI/CO modules.

The SAP Specialist will lead the day-to-day support and continuous improvement of the SAP FI/CO modules, working closely with the headquarters SAP team to support all ongoing project implementations across APAC.

In this role, you will be the primary technical authority for the SAP Finance and Controlling modules in the region, acting as the main liaison with Global HQ, ensuring the local SAP support meets SLA and fully aligned with key strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support on SAP S/4HANA financial accounting processes to meet the agreed SLA, as well as troubleshoot and resolve SAP FI/CO related issues.
• Analyse business requirements, provide training and lead interactive workshops with the finance key users, translate the financial requirements into system configurations following SAP best practices.
• Work closely with HQ team to implement the financial optimization projects in the regions.
• Document system processes and configurations, prepare standard operating procedures, user manuals related to FI/CO modules.

Job Profile
