Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Technical Consultant to support and optimize SAP FICO systems in a dynamic APAC environment. The role involves configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements, collaborating with users, developers and project teams for reliable business operations.

The successful candidate will bring hands-on SAP FICO expertise, strong cross-functional collaboration, and fluency in English and Cantonese to drive system

Qualifications

• AT LEAST 3 years of experience as an SAP FICO implementation consultant.
• Strong FICO domain knowledge across AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Management, Financial Reporting, Month-End and Year-End Closing.
• Strong English and Cantonese communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive SAP FICO modules implementation, upgrades and user adoption to other Asia Pacific countries.
• Analyse and improve finance processes through automation.
• Configure SAP FICO modules to meet business needs.
• Gather business requirements and deliver solutions.
• Conduct system UAT.
• Provide user training and support.
• Monitor system performance and drive enhancements.
• Maintain system and process documentation.
• Support audit and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with IT and SAP vendors on technical issues.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field;
• AT LEAST 3 years working as a Implementation Consultant for SAP FICO finance module;
• Ideal Candidate
• We are looking for a strong FICO Finance domain knowledge, particularly across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Financial Reporting, Month-End and Year-End Closing Processes
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP FICO Modules;
• Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
• Proficiency in gathering and analyzing business requirements;
• Effective communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and users;
• Experience in system implementation and maintenance projects;
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams;
• Experience in managing developers for project delivery;
