Overview

We are seeking a skilled SAP SD Business Analyst to join our team and drive the successful delivery of SAP SD solutions across key business processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in SAP SD, and a good understanding of related modules and technical concepts. Mandarin language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, and ABAP to ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules and external systems (e.g., EDI, APIs).
• Support business processes such as intercompany billing, consignment, and order-to-cash (OTC).
• Perform functional testing and assist in UAT and training.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on SAP SD best practices.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing, training, and competency development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a SAP SD Business Analyst or Consultant.
• Proven experience as a SAP SD Business Analyst or Consultant.
• Deep understanding of core SD processes (order management, pricing, billing, shipping, etc.).
• Must have knowledge of EDI setup, intercompany flows, and consignment processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin – required for daily collaboration
