Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate new life insurance case submissions from start to completion.
• Ensure all cases are handled according to regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Act as a link between front office and back office teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Track case progress and handle bottlenecks/escalations to meet service standards.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
• Maintain accurate and complete records for audit and reporting.
• Work with underwriting and claims teams to support timely and accurate decisions.

Job Requirements:
