Qualifications

• Degree holder in any discipline.
• Fresh graduate or experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Business Development or Sales preferred.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is required.
• Sound judgement, communication aptitude and commercial acumen desirable.
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit and strong ethics.

Responsibilities

• Understand client hiring needs and align recruitment strategy with goals.
• Expand client portfolio with support from KOS.
• Manage full recruitment cycle across multiple roles.
• Build relationships with active and passive talent pools.
• Create, post and optimize job descriptions on relevant platforms.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for Recruitment Consultants in our Hong Kong office for different industries in locating the right talents within Human Resource specialisation. It is a 360 role where you will learn to be a true business partner to your candidate and client - providing appropriate candidates and market knowledge to your clients. You will communicate with your candidates to have a better understanding of their career motivations and how we can assist.

What we will accomplish together:

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
• Work closely together to expand your client portfolio with support provided by KOS
• Manage the full recruitment cycle across a variety of open roles
• Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
• Stay active with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions
