Job summary

Chopard is seeking a Sales Associate to join our Hong Kong boutique. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, achieving individual sales targets, and applying in-depth product knowledge to assist clients with luxury purchases.

You will manage customer data in the CRM, support in-store events, and help maintain daily boutique operations including inventory and visual merchandising. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is required; fresh graduates are not considered.

Qualifications

• F.5 or above with at least 2 years’ luxury retail experience.
• Exposure in watch / high jewellery an advantage.
• Energetic, pleasant and outgoing personality.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
