Job summary

Hip Hing Construction Co Ltd invites safety professionals to support our Occupational Health and Safety Management System across project sites in Hong Kong. The role focuses on site monitoring, training delivery, incident investigation and report preparation to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior work experience required. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and bilingual capability in Chinese and English, are preferred. Immediate availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisors to implement and maintain the safety system on site.
• Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with local safety regulations.

Job description

Assist his/her supervisors to implement and maintain the corporate Occupational Health and Safety Management System

Monitor the site operations and make sure they are in compliance with local health & safety regulations

Provide safety training, carry out inspection, conduct accident investigation & prepare analysis reports

Support internal and external system audits

Facilitate a healthy and safe work environment for all staff and workers

Requirements

• DSE or above, or equivalent (Fresh graduate would be welcomed)
• Certificate in Construction Safety Supervisor (OSHC or CIC)
• No prior work experience required
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, Chinese and English word processing.
• Immediately available is preferable
